September has brought us so much freaking rain, high water and humidity… and insect populations are crazy in Florida. Nothing like a big, fat, flailing bug stuck in the Mona Lisa’s will test your patience. I had a fantastic painting hit dead center by the first fat raindrop to fall from a non/threatening sky. It is true that I’ve sent some paintings flying across the back yard. Landing face down is going to happen sometime I suppose. Yesterday’s work was “Monkeys Are In The Paint”. Today I was looking for a brighter look, and the result is this yellow and white 24×36 fling. I like both of these.
